چکیده

Nowadays, computing environments are almost ubiquitous systems. Users own several machines and need to manage them in a non-obtrusive and transparent way. In addition, users eventually need to share their devices with other people. Traditional Single Sign-On (SSO) schemes do not handle well scenarios where users work simultaneously with more than one device because their agents do not cooperate. Besides, they usually depend on centralized services and are hard to administer. In this work we present SHAD, a decentralized human centered and Peer-to-Peer security agent that besides offering SSO allows users to share their devices in a natural way.

A P 2 P Single Sign - On which remains Single on Smart Spaces ? Enrique

Most single sign-on (SSO) schemes do not handle well scenarios where users work simultaneously with more than one device because their agents do not cooperate. In these scenarios, most SSO systems are really per-machine single sign-on. Besides, most authentication services usually depend on centralized services, may be hard to administer, and do not work well for highly dynamic and partitionabl...

Use of SAML for Single Sign-On Access to Multimedia Contents in a Peer-to-Peer Network

The Single Sign-on technique (SSO) facilitates the management of authentication and authorization functions in a federation of servers providing access to protected resources. Different approaches to SSO exist, among them the XML-based Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) standard, which has been used in applications such as intranet access within organizational domains. This paper focuses...

A Semantic P2P Framework for Building Context-Aware Applications in Multiple Smart Spaces

Context information has emerged as an important resource to enable autonomy and flexibility of ubiquitous applications. The widespread use of context information necessitates an efficient lookup service in a wide-area network over multiple smart spaces. In this paper, we propose a context lookup framework based on a semantic peer-to-peer network to support the building of context-aware applicat...

A Survey on Security Issues in Wireless Sensor Network

Sensor networks are key network to the creation of smart spaces, which embed information technology in everyday home and work environments. The miniature wireless sensor nodes, or motes, developed from low-cost offthe-shelf components at University of California, Berkeley, as part of its smart dust projects, establish a selforganizing sensor network when dispersed into an environment. The priva...

A Secure Credit Recharge Scheme for Mobile Payment System in Public Transport ¬リニ

This paper first studies the emerging requirements of mobile payment system by way of NFC cell phones, etc., in public transport, especially the security challenges. Then, a secure credit recharge scheme is proposed to cover these new requirements. In the proposed scheme, we make use of a shared secret between the smart card and the server to build a mutual authenticated and secret communicatio...
